The 14 Day Ab Challenge is for individuals of any fitness level as well as individuals looking to start up on a quick fast pace workout session that doesn’t require equipment. You can do this in the comfort of your own home or office if you can’t make it to the gym!
NOTE: THIS IS NOT A GYM MEMBERSHIP! You do not need to come to the gym.
