2018 6 week Transformation Challenge!

The 6 week transformation challenge is an intentional exercise and nutrition program for fat loss. There are 3 certified personal trainers to push you towards your goals and keep you accountable!!

✔️ You will be provided with a 6 week nutrition packet that outlines your menu weekly with recipes and detox.

✔️You will receive a heart rate monitor belt from MyZone that will accurately track your heart rate, effort and calories burned during all of our workouts! You will be able to keep this belt and continue strong after the challenge is over 🙂

✔️ You will have 5 group workout sessions per week

✔️ Private Facebook group for accountability and support

Small Group Training sessions

Monday: 6:30am or 7:45pm

Tuesday: 7:00pm

Wednesday: 6:30am or 8:00pm

Thursday: 7:00pm

Friday: 6:30am or 6:00pm

Saturday: 7:00am

***Our sessions are flexible if you are interested in joining this program let us know your conflicts***

Orientation will be the morning of February 24th at 11:00am. We will do your measurements and before photos on this day along with presentation of the program, introduction to MyZone and how the heart rate monitor belt works, Q&A.

There will be prizes for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners! Our last first place winner lost over 15lbs and won a brand new Fit Bit & free month of membership!

How do I win? We will choose the winner based on Pounds lost, body fat percentage lost along with photos.

The challenge is: February 26th- April 7th
