In addition to our LIVE workouts, we will check in minimum once per week to help you maximize your results.

DIAMOND: 2 (50 minute) workouts customized to your goals LIVE via zoom every week for 12 weeks

Meal plan, accountability check ins, additional workout calendar for the days not training with me with video demonstrations
