Easy and delicious detox drinks that will cleanse your body and help you lose weight!

There are so many combinations of fruits and vegetables you can use to flush out the toxins in your body and help burn extra fat naturally! Of course do not forget that this is NOT magic. You cannot eat whatever you want and expect the fat to melt off of your body! However when combined with a consistent workout routine and a healthy diet, you will reap the benefits! An added plus… they’re delicious and easy! All you have to do is spend a few minutes slicing and you are done! There are a variety of ingredients you can use, so you can switch and swap ingredients to your liking. Here are a list of some common ingredients and why you should use them!

Lemons & Limes: flush toxins from your digestive track and decrease bloating

Cucumbers: Prevent your body from retaining water

Grapefruits: Boost your fat burning metabolism

The recipe:

1/2 gallon of water

1/2 grapefruit (sliced)

1/2 cucumber sliced

1/2 lemon

1/2 lime

a few mint leaves

Mix together and let sit for a couple of hours. Drink entire mixture each day for optimal results!

Kiwi and Strawberry summer detox drink:

Kiwis: Flush toxins from your colon

Strawberries: Help keep your skin looking young and have anti-aging properties.

The recipe:

1 kiwi

2-4 strawberries

Slice and mix together! Let sit for a couple of hours and drink entire mixture throughout the day!

Cucumber and lemon detox water:

8 cups of water

1/2 cucumber sliced

1 lemon sliced

10-12 mint leaves

Mix and let sit for a few hours or overnight!
