Detox Smoothies

Let’s detox! Detox can be scary for some, but no I am not asking you to starve or fast! We are simply getting rid of the bad toxins stored in your body! EVERY morning you need to drink one bottle of water with flaxseed oil.

Try one of these detox smoothies that will suit your taste buds! For 7 days you will need to consume 3 green smoothies per day.

3x daily: 3 cups fresh spinach, 1 cup water, 1 cup almond milk, 1 cup pineapple, 2 bananas, 1 cup mango, 1 cup pomegranate, ¾ cup wheat grass, 1 cup strawberries

 3x daily: 2 ½ cups fresh kale, 1 ½ cups of water, 2 bananas, 1 sliced apple, 2 Tbs ginger, 1 cup blueberries
